As part of the English Karate Federation, we are entitled to attend all UK tournaments under this banner.

We're looking into some local (UK) tournaments, so please let your sensei know if you're interested in competing. You can enter for either kata, kumite (fighting) or both.

​

It's not just about winning medals - competing in such tournaments helps with your focus, speed and awareness, so can benefit your training greatly.

 

Especially if you have a big grading coming up!
