SENSEI LORNA LAWSON

3RD DAN

Lorna started wado-kai karate in 2000 and is the chairperson of our association. She teaches at our Haslemere and Godalming clubs. She loves watching students grow in self confidence as they progress through their training and is particularly interested in how karate can be adapted for self defence.

SENSEI JAMES MORAN

2ND DAN

James is a real veteran of karate, having started his training in the 1980s. He is the treasurer of Premier Karate-do Wado-kai, and teaches at our Godalming and Odiham clubs.

SENSEI DARYLL SCOTT

2ND DAN

Daryll first started martial arts in the 1980s and has trained in different styles before beginning Wado in 2002. He  teaches at our Odiham, is a father of two and works as a mindset coach.

SENSEI SCOTT BUTLER

2ND DAN


Scott started training in 2000 after his son started karate.

 

He now helps teach at our Godalming club.

SENSEI ALEX SZYNDEL

1ST DAN

Alex has been karate training  on and off since the 1980s.

 

He teaches at our Farnborough and Haslemere clubs.

SENSEI OLIVIA WALKER

1ST DAN

Olivia started karate at the age of 10. She has competed in several international competitions for both kata and kumite, including representing the University of Nottingham at BUCS nationals, where she won several medals in both individual and team events.

She teaches at our Farnborough club.
